Our Venue Management Team is focused on the delivery of incredible and memorable experiences in our cafes, our bar, our nightclub and throughout a wide range of events and activities each week.

Our Venue Management Team is focused on the delivery of incredible and memorable experiences in our cafes, our bar, our nightclub and throughout a wide range of events and activities each week. We're looking for a charismatic and customer-focused deputy manager, who is an outstanding leader with high expectations of themselves and their team. Most importantly though, you'll have a passion for creating more of the great experiences our students have come to love.

The right candidate will be able to hit the ground running and help us to create the 'living room' of our campus.

Details of this Role

Hours: Full time, Annualised Hours. Predominantly term time flex with Christmas and New Year off.

Roles on our venue management team are demanding, full-time positions and are therefore not suitable to undertake alongside studies.

Holiday: 5 Weeks per year plus Bank Holidays pro rata (That's 33 days!)

Start date: August 2025 onwards

Working Hours: Normally a 5 day shift pattern over the 7 day week, which will involve both early openings and late closing.

Location: Stoke on Trent Campuses

Salary: £27,640 to £29,922 (Grade 5)
